Concept Design: which sets out our key design principles and character for the overall project.
Schematic Design: where we develop the scheme to the specification and dimensions of the site, initiating a drawing package of the interior decor.
Design Development: which includes the preparation and finalisation of design intent drawings, including layouts, finishes, lighting, soft furnishings and furniture layouts.
Implementation: where we review the intended design, during the construction period of the project, acting as design consultants.
Handover: where we will assist with snagging, installation and styling of the site.

From a set of measured drawings, we can provide a space planning service of architectural plans, drawings and elevations, including general arrangements and furniture locations.

PROCUREMENT
Being well versed with interior styles and furniture solutions and with trade access to extensive suppliers & industry newcomers, we can manage the procurement of all interior furnishings, including rugs and window coverings, decorative accessories and any other interior related item's that you may require.
We present you with estimate quotes, including pricing, delivery dates, logistics, installation expenses and samples where necessary, removing the stress and hassle of this time consuming and detailed process.

RENDERINGS
We can turn our furniture designs, concepts and layouts into computer generated images (CGI's), helping our clients to visualise our ideas, almost bringing them to life.

ART CURATING & COMMISIONING
With extensive contacts in the world of art, from prints to canvases, light boxes to 3D neon wording, we can introduce you to trusted artists and creative suppliers to add those all important finishing touches to your scheme.
